Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within the facilities management sector in the Middle East.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Proven leadership and instructional skills.
Professional certification in facilities management.
Must be a member of OMAINTEC ACADEMY.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with trainees in English and/or Arabic.
A track record of significant contributions to OMAINTEC ACADEMY or the wider industry.
Awareness of the importance of facilities management and knowledge of OMAINTEC ACADEMY's role within the sector.
